The 2017 Health Security Act has been filed in the NM House and is House Bill 101! The bill has been assigned to two committees: House Health & Human Services and House Judiciary. We should get a Senate bill number any day now.
UPDATE 01/24/17: Senate Bill 172 is the Health Security Act on the Senate side.
The Health Security Act has four enthusiastic sponsors this year: Senators Howie Morales and Carlos Cisneros, and Representatives Bobby Gonzales and Deborah Armstrong. We are so grateful for their commitment to Health Security!
